The Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking to recruit physicians committed to academic and community practice in general obstetrics and gynecology at the Emory Johns Creek location. Responsibilities include teaching advanced practice provider students; participation in the Obstetric Rapid Response Team; inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynecologic surgery. Candidates should be comfortable in providing a broad spectrum of obstetrical and gynecologic care to medically complex patients. The faculty member is expected to serve the University in areas of teaching and clinical service appropriate to their professional training and capabilities and their career goals. Primary clinical responsibilities would be participation in all the clinical activities of the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory, particularly its clinical activities at The Emory Clinic, Emory University Hospitals, and affiliated sites. The faculty member would be expected to deliver excellent care to patients while growing and expanding access for routine obstetrical and gynecological patients in the Emory clinical practices. The faculty member would be expected to participate in in-house labor and delivery call coverage. Faculty members are expected to supervise mid-level providers assigned to the clinical practice location. Faculty are expected to timely complete all required reports including faculty time records, dictation, encounter form completion and medical records documentation. Faculty Members are also expected to demonstrate outstanding activity in the teaching aspects of the Department.

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia seeks applicants to fill a tenure-ineligible clinical faculty position as a member of the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology in Charlottesville, VA. The faculty member will be engaged in the full spectrum of general obstetric and gynecologic practice in an academic environment and will join a group of nine generalist faculty. Clinical duties will include an office-based practice, as well as performing gynecologic surgery and covering Labor and Delivery, including in-house call. On a rotating basis, the faculty member may conduct outreach clinics in UVA facilities within 30 miles of the UVA campus. In addition, the faculty member will participate in undergraduate and graduate medical education. Rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Candidates must have a MD and be board-certified or an active candidate for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The successful candidate must have excellent clinical skills and enthusiasm for Medical Education; an interest in clinical research and a clinical niche is desirable. Skills in minimally invasive surgery and academic experience are preferred.

The Division of General Obstetrics & Gynecology at Stony Brook Medicine is recruiting a full-time faculty member at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor rank to join a busy academic practice with an established history of excellence. Position responsibilities include clinical care of outpatients, inpatient deliveries, surgeries, and involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education. The second position also includes the responsibilities for leading our Global Women's Health Program.
